Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact hello@horizonwarehouse.com to set up your return. Returns must be sent in the original packaging to our return shipping address (provided on request). Please not that except in cases of wrong or damaged items, we are unable to reimburse return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item.
